I seek not the place where the palm tree grows | 24-Jul-16

Enquirer is seeking the author and title of this poem. It has been recited by the Shetland poet Rhoda Butler but not sure if she actually wrote it. The poem begins with the lines:

I seek not the place where the palm tree grows and the brilliant insect hums
Mine is the land where the north wind blows the land where the twilight comes where the sky is bright with the northern light
When the shortening day is done and the icy wind Speeds the migrants flight
to the south land and the sun
