The Irish Cultural Centre Hammersmith is hosting a poetry workshop in celebration of the 10th anniversary of Poetry Day Ireland led by poet and performer Demi Anter.

Attendees will go through a series of creative writing exercises inspired by Irish poets, past and present, as well as a wide variety of poems to gather ideas for their own writing. There will also be a chance to share work and receive feedback during the workshop.

Prior experience writing poetry is not necessary. Participants with a curiosity about poetry and Irish literature are welcome.
